This beautiful, full-featured luxury condo offers 2 bedrooms (A King Suite and A Queen Suite), and a large open contemporary great room living, in this spacious condo. All necessities are here- Multiple sets of linens, towels for each bedroom, large gourmet kitchen w granite counters & bar, (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, Keurig, service for eight, formal dining, gas fireplace, full-size laundry room and much more. Each living area has its own 4k HD flat screen, high-speed internet,150 + channels, and HD HBO- serviced by Xfinity- all utilities are included. Each bedroom suite has its own private patio-one that also is accessed from the great room. The private patios open onto the Cherry Creek trail. The complex has a clubhouse w a workout facility, a pool, and Jacuzzi.
Our condo is a ground floor unit w/ very prvt loc. on the Cherry Creek trail, incl. A 1 car detached garage, in addition to multiple additional parking.
