Rates apply as following:
Monthly rates. Longer term can be negotiated depending on season and length of term. Minimum stay is one month, daily rates will apply thereafter according to seasonal daily rates if overstay.
Security Deposit of $2400 required.
Allowance for utilities is for the normal use based on size of the house. The allowance is to protect property owner from reckless excess use and abuse of utilities. If the utilities are used properly there is no reason to worry about it.
