This home is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Grant Park. Grant Park is about 7 mins from downtown atlanta and is highly walkable and bike friendly. Grant Park is known for its location, outdoor green spaces, family-centered activities and overall neighborhood charm.

The pet-friendly house is excellent for groups of coworkers or medium to large-size families. All dogs are welcome (for an additional fee), and cats are considered case-by-case. This 1910 Victorian is fully remodeled and boasts industrial flair and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The home's main level has a formal living space, office space, powder room, dining area, chef’s kitchen, and the primary suite. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and all the basics to get you cooking. The primary bedroom Is furnished with a king-size bed and has a stunning ensuite with gold accents.

The lower level of the home is its own oasis. The family room has plenty of seating and a smart TV for hours of entertainment. There’s also a reading nook and bar, perfect for quiet time in the evening. The laundry room is also downstairs and has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and steamer.

The other three bedrooms are also located on the lower level. Two bedrooms have full-size beds, making them great for kids or guests. They share access to a large bathroom, also used for the family room. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The steam shower inside is equipped with a bench for comfort.

The backyard of this home is spacious and allows plenty of space for dogs and kids alike to run around. You can also enjoy the back patio off the kitchen overlooking the backyard while observing the dogs and/or kids at play. You will have access to the custom-coded deadbolt lock for safety. There’s also a video doorbell and a camera at the front of the home that is always recording.
