Other things to note

*ANIMAL FEES & Rules* ALL ANIMALS MUST BE APPROVED WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, INCLUDING INSTANT BOOKINGS.
*The animal fee is $50 per animal per stay. Max dog size 50lbs MAX 2 DOGS
Cats NOT ALLOWED, OWNER IS ALLERGIC
* House-broken animals only. Animals other than dogs and cats must remain in their protected environment (fishbowl, cage, etc., as applicable). Dogs must be taken out for their potty breaks, no pee pee pads only trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. If you say it’s a service animal & Comfort, it must never be left alone in the home without you. You are responsible to clean up dog waste in the yard immediately.. Fines for dog waste is 50.00 and up extra cleaning fee depending on the amount left behind..
* When bringing animals, check-out time will be 1 hour earlier, to give our cleaners a little more time to prepare the unit for the next guests.
*Not allowed to give your pet a bath in our place.
*Announced pets 100.00 fine. MUST be included in the reservation and pet extra cleaning fees are 50.00 per pet even service animals. We don’t charge for service animals, but there’s an extra cleaning fee included. Platform only allows you to pay for 1 animal, the second one you will be receiving a request for money.
*Announced guest is $100 per person per night. NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN HOME. Montgomery is unincorporated and does not allow this.
