Details: Our property is CHBO complete with free hi-speed wireless internet, PC, printer, Washer/Dryer, central air/heat, all the conveniences of home, gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms and plenty of charm with exposed brick and original hard wood floors. The floorplan includes an open concept living/kitchen/dining, 2 large/spacious bedrooms with an option for a 3rd, 1.5 baths, and a beautiful, high end futon in the den/office that can be closed off with exquisite floor-to-ceiling wooden sliding doors, creating that 3rd bedroom option. It's also a 6 block walk to the Canal St. Street Car line which takes a cool ride down Canal St to the French Quarter or on to historic St. Charles Avenue through Tulane and Loyola Universities to Audubon Zoo.
